When the Owners of North Pointe Cinemas chose to expand their existing theater complex located in Warsaw, Indiana, they returned to the designer of the original building, MSKTD & Associates, Inc. With the day-to-day demands of running a fully-functioning six screen theater complex to consider, the Owners made the decision to contract with MSKTD BUILD, LLC to manage the design and construction of the expansion. The $1.6 million, 18,755 s.f. addition was completed in 2005 and includes three new theaters, office and storage space, and an expansion of the existing concessions area.
